AreaPower Inverter Installment Purchase Agreement

By applying for the AreaPower Inverter installment payment option, you (the buyer) agree to the following terms and conditions:

Delivery and Payment Process:
The product will be delivered after your payment has been verified through the AreaHire App. Once you have completed and submitted the order form, proceed to download the [AreaHire App](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.area.hire) to manage your installment payments. Delivery will only occur after the required payment milestones are met as per the chosen plan.

Design Reservations:
AreaPower reserves the right to implement design changes or improvements to its inverters without prior notice. These modifications are aimed at improving product quality and may not immediately be reflected in your purchase.

Buyer Responsibility:
The individual completing the order form acknowledges they are authorized to make this purchase and commit to providing accurate shipping and contact details. It is also their responsibility to manage installment payments through the AreaHire App.

Refunds:
All sales under the installment payment plan are final. However, if a buyer chooses to cancel their purchase before completing the full payment and requests a refund for the amount already paid, they will forfeit 15% of the paid funds as a processing fee. Refund requests can only be made before product delivery. Ensure you have carefully selected the correct product and specifications before submitting your application.

By proceeding with your installment purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms, including completing payments through the AreaHire App.
